Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow colour. Tropical aromas and with notes of menthol and jam. Aromatic set very complex and with good minerality. In the mouth it is crispy, juicy and with great structure. In the end of mouth it is persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
It can be served while young or it can be stored for 10 years. Serve between 7ºC-14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with fish, seafood, grilled dishes or spicy foods.

Contains sulphites.
