Product details

Winemaking:
Total stalking, skin maceration for 6 hours, light pressing, cold decantation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (15-16ºC), for 15 days. The wine remained in batonnage for 6 months.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
