Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby red color. Sophisticated aroma, where wild fruits such as blackberry and raspberry stand out, along with elegant floral notes and spices. On the palate, it offers a robust and balanced structure, with silky tannins and vibrant acidity. Notes of ripe fruit and spices give it a remarkable depth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
Pair with meat dishes or cured cheeses.
