Tasting Notes:
Aroma of ripe red fruit, with wild notes and some floral notes. Very balanced, lively, elegant but with structure and lots of fruit in the aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16º-18º C.
Food Pairing:
Red meats, roasted cod and cheeses.
