Winemaking:
Pressing with total destemming, followed by cooling and decanting at 12ºC. The fermentation of the clean must took place in small deposits at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, in order to preserve all the aromas and freshness. This wine aged only in stainless steel tanks and remains for a minimum of 3 months in bottle before going to the market.

Cerceal,Encruzado,Bical
Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow colour. Aroma with tropical notes and orchard fruits. In the mouth it shows a good texture, with a lively acidity and a refreshing finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 12-13ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with fish and seafood.

Contains sulphites.
