Product details
The grapes are harvested manually, with the stems being destemmed and crushed upon arrival at the winery and then pressed. The must is refrigerated to 8ºC and statically decanted for 2 days. After the lees are separated, fermentation begins, which takes place for around 2 weeks at 14-16ºC. Fermentation ends in new barrels, where it is then aged for 6 months. After bottling, it is aged for 4 months in the bottle.
