100% fermentation in "Lagar" with partial destemming. Fermentation stop with 77º wine brandy. Aging between 15 to 30 years in old barrels of 550 liters.

Light tawny colour, flavours of dry fruits and hints of citrus fruits and vanilla. Elegant with a long aftertaste.

Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature, and away from light. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.

It can be drink fresh, like an aperitif or at the end of a meal with cheese or chocolate desserts.
