Product details
Hand-picked at their optimum point, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified using a process that involves careful maceration, complemented by pumping over during fermentation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of between 28-30°C until the desired Baumé level is reached. At this stage, grape brandy (benefit) is added, resulting in a fortified wine. A high-quality wine obtained by blending wines from different years, with an average age of over 50 years.

Tasting Notes:
Amber colour with greenish reflections. On the nose it is intense with an extraordinary complexity where notes of dried figs, cigar leaf, dried fruit, nuts and the famous "vinegar" typical of great old Port wines stand out. On the palate it is unctuous, dense and velvety, full of endless flavours, always well supported by acidity and brilliant freshness. A wine of extraordinary depth! A true hymn to Port wine!
