Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour. Complex aroma, rich and intense: notes of Esteva, resin, eucalyptus, cloves and fresh red fruit (gooseberry and cherry). In the mouth, great texture and volume, wrapped in a fresh and mineral acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Best with game, bean and sausages stews and grilled red meats.
