In partnership with Barbeito, Niepoort is launching special editions of Madeira Wine. Sir Ceal is made from the Sercial grape variety, sourced from vineyards planted in Seixal, located by the sea and exposed to the intense sea air that characterises Madeira's north coast. It is aged for more than 5 years in French oak casks.

Tasting Notes:
It has a light golden colour, a nose with notes of honey and molasses, apricot, citrus fruit, dried fruit, nuts, and a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, felt in the mouth.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an digestive, it is a good wine for meditation.
