Winemaking:
Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Alicante Bouschet,Trincadeira
Tasting Notes:
Aroma of ripe fruits with notes of vanilla and cocoa and wild clear. In the mouth, the fruit and its complexity are revealed, the soft tannins and good structure, with just the right acidity, finish long and complex.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
