Winemaking:
Fermentation of the varieties together in stainless steel tanks in an open spout under controlled temperature.

Grape Varieties:
Antão Vaz,Arinto,Fernão Pires

Tasting Notes:
Citrus, clear, crystalline colour. Good aromatic intensity, tropical fruits and citrus notes. Balanced, with dominance of tropical fruits. Fresh and young.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 12 ºC.

Food Pairing:
Pairs well with light dishes, fish, seafood, salads.
