Tasting Notes:
Clean, shiny, with greenish citrus accents. Medium intensity nose with notes of pineapple and some citrus. In the mouth it has a medium attack with some texture and acidity appearing in the middle of the tasting. Persistent end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to pair with all fish dishes, seafood and some lean meat dishes.
