Tasting Notes:
Straw yellow colour, goldish. Clean and crystal clear. Intense nose, with many notes of candied orange and ripe peach. In the mouth it is super concentrated, with some notes of "Late harvest", lots of texture, where the notes of ripe peach are repeated. Long aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature of 12°C.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to pair with oven fish dishes, white meat dishes and soft cheeses.
