Total destemming, fermentation in small presses with mechanical treading. End of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in used wood, followed by aging in used barrels for 28 months.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby color. Attractive aroma of ripe fruit, black plum, coffee and dried herbs Palate: with floral notes, with tannin and assertive acidity, structured Tasting finish: Incidence of plum in syrup, prominent tannins, very gastronomic.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.

Good companion for game dishes.
