Product details
The grapes were harvested by hand and crushed to small deposits. Indigenous yeasts led fermentation and manual pump. The press was an old vertical press. Aged about 24 months in used barrels of 225 L of French oak and another 12 in the bottle. Suffered a slight filtration and so there may be some deposit with aging.

Tasting Notes:
Clear, ruby colour. Expressive aroma with wild fruit notes and light balsamic. Merges the elegance and concentration, with good acidity and silky tannins. The finish is long and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
