Traditional vinification without the use of sulphur dioxide, or any other exogenous product, fermentation at the controlled temperature of 65º F (16 ° C). Distillation during the months of October and November in copper column with 32 plates of 18’’ Distilled neutral with alcoholic content of 72%. Brownish topaz colour with golden tones and greenish hints. Aroma of dried fruits with honey, vanilla with slight touch of wood. Complex, balanced with soft tannins and long and long finish.

Storage:
Serve at 18-20ºC. This wine spirit can be consumed immediately after bottling or be stored and age for many years.
Perfect Serve:
Good as a digestive after a good meal and accompanied by a nice cigar.
