Sílica Rosé is a light, fresh, and aromatic wine produced in the Douro region, distinguished by its elegance and gastronomic profile. It has a delicate and attractive pale pink colour, typical of a modern-style rosé. On the nose, it reveals fine and expressive aromas of fresh red fruits, such as strawberry and raspberry, accompanied by citrus notes and a light floral touch. On the palate, it is dry, vibrant, and well-balanced, with refreshing acidity and a smooth texture that invites you to have another glass. The finish is clean, mineral, and very pleasant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally. Serve at 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Silica Rosé is ideal as an aperitif, but also pairs well with seafood, light fish dishes, salads, sushi, or mildly spicy Asian cuisine.
