Product details
The grapes grow in very poor schist soils in the Baixo-Corgo region at an altitude of 350 meters. Vines planted in vertical rows rise up the hillsides, and, in the case of Touriga Nacional, grow on broad terraces. Bunches harvested manually and submitted to selection at the vineyard in 20 kg boxes. Further selection at the sorting table. Vats gravity filled. Fermentation at controlled temperatures. Aged in wood for a short while.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby-violet colour. "MÃOS" red wine is a wine with an aroma in which orange blossom predominates, with hints of wild blackberries. It is a perfect balance of the freshness of the Baixo Corgo zone and the warmth of the grape varieties: Touriga Nacional (50%) and Tinta Roriz (50%).
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at 12°C. Recommended serving temperature 16°C, to be drunk at 18°C.

Goes well with well-seasoned fish and meat dishes.
