Manual harvest in a 20 kg box, total destemming of the grape, decanting and fermentation (90% in stainless steel 10% in French oak barrels). Aging for 7 months on total lees with bâtonnage for the first 5 months, blending and static clarification for 1 month before bottling. This vintage was aged for three months in bottle before labelling and marketing.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour with golden nuances. Fruity aroma with a vegetable character where there is some mint and citrus. It is rich and full-bodied, pronounced in fruity flavours and balanced with saline (fresh) notes, which prolongs the aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be opened 30 minutes before consumption and drunk between 10ºC to 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with Asian food, salads and seafood.
