Product details
The grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes; from a single harvest, its vinification is processed according to the traditional Port Wine method. After partial destemming, the grapes are crushed in stone presses with foot treading. The fermentation of the must occurs at a controlled temperature and is interrupted by the addition of brandy. This wine, as it is produced, has great aging potential.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at room temperature or slightly chilled (16 to 18°C).
Food Pairing:
Drink as a digestive with cheese, chocolates or alone. Remember to decant the Port wine after it has settled. This will happen after it has been in the bottle for a few years.
