Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes for Niepoort Açores are gently pressed whole bunch. After 12 hours of sedimentation, the grapes are decanted into stainless steel fermentation tanks (75% for vertical tanks and 25% for horizontal tanks). Fermentation takes place spontaneously at a controlled temperature. Aged for 18 months, 10% of which in wood and the rest in stainless steel vats. Manual harvesting, fermentation in vertical and horizontal fermentation vats, ageing for 7 months in stainless steel tanks.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
