Manual harvest in 40 kg baskets, whole bunch pressing, decanting after 24 to 600-1000l in fermentation vats.

Citrus yellow clean colour. Pure mineral aroma, citrus with notes of grapefruit. Tense, fresh attack with a very present minerality and acidity, good persistence and saline notes.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
