Aroma marked by notes of grapefruit and peach in an environment of light smoke and volcanic notes. The mouth is surprising due to the strong acidity in the saltiest tasting of all the wines in this range.

Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC.

Goes well with fish and seafood.
