It originates from one of Portugal's rarest appellations — the mythical DO Biscoitos, on Terceira Island, Azores. An Atlantic white wine, deeply mineral, made from 60% Verdelho and 40% Arinto from the Azores, grown in black volcanic soils just a few meters from the sea.

Tasting Notes:
Intense aromas of sea salt, lime peel, wet stone, and a light note of seaweed. On the palate, it reveals a vibrant acidity and a marked salinity, with a tense, dry, and lingering finish. A genuine and elegant expression of the Azorean terroir.

Serve at 10-12ºC.
