After careful selection of the grapes, fermentation took place in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature of 15ºc. Stage on fine lees for 4 months after which the wine was bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Greenish yellow colour. The aroma highlights the notes of tropical and citrus fruits involved in a beautiful volcanic complex. In the mouth it has volume, a lot of freshness and minerality. It has an engaging, salty and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10 and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Young and delicate, it should be served chilled with fish, seafood, poultry and young meat dishes.
