The different grape varieties were individually fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged on lees for 6 months, keeping the temperature and oxidation low, in order to keep the wine fresh.

Tasting Notes:
An outstanding mineral aroma with citrus notes, lemon zest in an environment that refers to the Atlantic sea. In the mouth it is mineral and full, ending salty and very persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 12-13ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with fish and seafood.
