Controlled fermentation with prolonged maceration, interrupted by the addition of wine spirit. Strictly controlled, in oak casks, by successive tests, until obtaining the certificate from the Port Wine Institute. "Vin de Garde" par excellence, aging in bottle continues for many years until it is consumed.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby colour. Strong aromatic intensity. Currants and raspberries. Elegant, good fruit intensity. Fresh and firm tannins. Floral finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally in a dark place with constant temperature, ideally between 12ºC and 15ºC.
Food Pairing:
Superb with high quality blue or creamy cheeses, chocolates, berry fruit desserts.
