Product details

Winemaking:
It comes from grapes harvested in vineyards on sandy soils, where hot days are tempered by the cool nights of coastal breezes and the moderating influence of the Tagus and Sado rivers. After careful selection, the grapes underwent a light skin maceration followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC.
