Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Stage in stainless steel and bottle.

Verdelho

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour, fresh and mineral, structured and complex, with pleasant floral notes. Intense and persistent end of mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.

Food Pairing:
Ideal accompanying all fish dishes, seafood and some lighter meat dishes.
