The very gentle pressing of the selected grapes ensured the extraction of their best characteristics, ensuring that the wine best expresses the variety and terroir. It fermented at 15ºC for three weeks and remained on the fine lees for 10 months.

Tasting Notes:
This is a very elegant wine aromatically, where notes of iodine blend with some fresh fruit, seaweed and minerality. The tasting is engaging, showing itself to be vibrant throughout the tasting. The finish is very long and salty.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be stored lying down, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place. This wine should be consumed at a temperature of 10-12ºC.

A wine with great gastronomic potential, with a wide range of pairings for white meats, seafood, shellfish, fish, cheeses, salads, sushi, oriental/exotic cuisine and vegetarian dishes.
