Produced from a vineyard that is 60 to 80 years old, 580m from the sea, where the Arinto of the Azores dominates, but there are also Verdelho, Boal (Malvasia Fina) and white Alicante (Boal de Alicante). Volcanic lake soils formed 1500-2000 years ago. Hand-picked, selection on a table of choice, direct press, cold decanted for 12 hours, first presses vinified in stainless steel in horizontal vats (70%), 2nd presses fermented in French oak barrels of 3 years of use (30%), without bâtonnage for 12 months.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus-straw yellow colour, iodine, salt, lime aroma. In the mouth, a concentrated attack, sharp acidity that remains until the end of the tasting. Salt, salt, salt and iodine, it is a "slap" of the sea.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position. Perfect serve at 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
A wine born in the sea, ready to pair with seafood and fish but with a density and concentration to work with white meat with burnt fat, such as a good piglet or even a belly of pork.
