Tasting Notes:
Appealing aroma with discreet notes of fresh tropical fruits, complexed with slight nuances from the wood tank where it fermented and aged and a pleasant volcanic sulphur. In the mouth it has a refreshing acidity and minerality. Very immersive and persistent volume. Saline finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC.

Goes well with fish and seafood.
