The Arinto grape variety from the Azores, exclusive to the Azorean islands, originates unique wines that express great freshness, citrus aromas with a tropical touch in conjunction with the salinity provided by the Atlantic surroundings and the minerality typical of basaltic soils of volcanic origin.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at 6-8ºC to be served at 10ºC, and to be drunk at 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Fresh, very mineral and salty, it goes perfectly with grilled fish, salads and fresh seafood.
