Tasting Notes:
Greenish yellow colour. Aroma of ripe citrus and tropical fruits on a seaweed background reminding the sea breeze in a volcanic environment. Very round mouth, with vibrant acidity and a saline finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with fish and seafood.
