Product details
The grapes were carefully selected in the vineyard and then completely destemmed to a granite mill. During fermentation the must was homogenized by treading on foot, with temperature control through endogenous plates. After fermentation, it aged for 10 months in new and second year barrels and is kept for a minimum of 12 months in the bottle after bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby colour. Harmonious aroma with notes of wild fruits and spices. In the mouth it is intense and muscular and has a long and spicy finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent match for meat and smoked pork, game and poultry, pasta and cheeses.
