Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested in boxes of 22 kg of the parcel of Touriga Nacional. Total stalk, crushing and fermentation in granite mills with foot treading to better expression of the typical characteristics of the grape variety, including the aromatic and structural level . The malolactic fermentation took place in semi-new French oak barrels and a small percentage in American oak where the wine rested for a year , followed by a new stage in stainless steel vats for another winter. Finally the wine aged in bottle for at least 1 year.

Store and Serve Advices:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
