Product details
Produced from the batch of vineyards located next to the winery, the harvest was by hand and took place at the end of September when the state of maturation was in balance. After harvest, there was a 14-day vinification process in granite lagares with the indigenous yeasts present in the grapes. Malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats for 6 months, followed by aging in used French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine was bottled after two years and has been in bottles in an acclimatized cellar ever since. The wine aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 12 months in French oak barrels, until bottling.
