Tasting Notes:
Medium-depth red coloured wine with a quality fruity bouquet showing slight but good evolution, alongside balsamic notes and a slightly spicy aroma, giving it overall richness and aromatic freshness. Wine shows substantial volume and smoothness on the palate, well-balanced quality fruit resulting overall in a long and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally. Serve between 16 and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Delicious as an aperitif or following an evening meal. It can also accompany chocolate, cheeses and cream-based desserts or desserts that are not overly sweet. It goes very well with dry fruit and nuts, nut cakes and Swiss rolls.
