The new line of GUTsy Captain Kombucha with Zero sugar is also made in the traditional way, using only 100% natural and organic ingredients. The same ingredients are used as in the traditional line of kombuchas. The difference is that Kombucha Zero undergoes a longer fermentation, until all the sugar has been broken down, leaving... zero sugars. At the end of the fermentation, natural flavors are added.
