Captain Kombucha Kombuchas are 100% authentic because they use a natural fermentation process, with SCOBY – live culture of bacteria and yeast. Made with green tea and cane sugar. All ingredients are 100% natural and organic. During the fermentation process, the sugar is reduced by the SCOBY and enzymes and antioxidants are produced. At the end of the fermentation, natural flavors are added.

Storage:
