Product details
A wine without excesses, where acidity and alcohol are balanced in a fair, fresh and young wine, with notes of red fruit and a light floral flavour of white-fleshed fruit. The palate is smooth and long, pleasant to drink.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Alfrocheiro,Jaen,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Grapes are harvested by hand and transported in 20kg crates to the winery, which is located on the estate, with very little transport time. Total destemming. Skin maceration at fermentation temperatures of around 22ºC, so as not to extract too much, and prolonged ageing in stainless steel.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18 ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine perfectly accompanies elaborated red meat dishes, roast beef and grilled meats.
