Winemaking:
Slight pellicular maceration before pressing. After pressing the clear settled juice ferments at 18ºC.

Grape Varieties:
Arinto,Encruzado,Malvasia Fina

Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow with bright green tinge. Lemon and stone fruit (fresh peach), with floral hints. Dry, light to medium body , with quite high fruit intensity and vibrant acidity .

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 8 and 10ºC.

Food Pairing:
Pairs with grilled fish, seafood rice, oysters, ceviche, sushi, salads, omelettes, chicken dishes, cheese.
