Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were pressed as a whole bunch to obtain the best yield of colourless tear. Fermentation took place after decantation at controlled temperatures and ended in half French oak barrels where it aged with bâtonnage during the winter until bottling. Bottling was carried out without filtering the wine, with the aim of bringing all the uniqueness of the fruit to the oenophile, as if they were tasting it in the cellar directly from the barrel.

Alfrocheiro,Jaen,Touriga Nacional
