Winemaking:
Total destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation with temperature control around 16ºC, using very gentle processes of crushing and pressing under an inert atmosphere, with a slight stage to preserve the freshness of the primary aromas.
Grape Varieties:
Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional,Rufete
Tasting Notes:
A pale coloured rosé wine, with great aromatic freshness, hints of red fruits and a slight floral touch. In the mouth it is fresh and enveloping, with lively acidity, where the raspberry notes stand out.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12ºC. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif or for starters, it also accompanies summer dishes of Mediterranean cuisine, salad or sushi.
