Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested manually. After pressing the whole bunch, 80% of the must fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature and the remaining 20% in used barrels. The final batch reveals its full potential after 6 months in stainless steel with weekly bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Salmon colour, it is a Rosé that immediately captivates. On the nose it expresses notes of pomegranate and hibiscus flower. On the palate, it proves to be subtle and elegant, revealing its good acidity layer after layer, with a long and fresh aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at temperature of 8-10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect as an aperitif, with seafood dishes, fatty fish, white meats and medium-intensity cheeses.
