Product details
The harvest took place under ideal atmospheric conditions, in the first week of September. The grapes were duly selected and subjected to direct pressing of the whole bunch with low yield. Then, alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature over 15 days, followed by aging on the fine lees in 500-liter French oak barrels for 9 months.

Touriga Nacional,Pinot Noir
Tasting Notes:
Classic salmon pink colour. It presents fresh notes of raspberries, well combined with a light smoked toast. In the mouth, it has an elegant structure, with good acidity and vibrant minerality in perfect harmony with an enveloping creaminess derived from the ageing in wood on the fine lees.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany lighter dishes, such as grilled fish, pizza or salads.
