Product details

Winemaking:
Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20kg boxes, were transported to the winery and then subjected to careful hand-picking, destemming and crushing. Without pressing, only the teardrop liquid was collected and sent to French oak barrels (50% new) where it fermented using indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months.
