Winemaking:
Whole grape pressing. Aging for of 4 months in stainless steel tanks (75%); Fermentation and aging in used French oak barrels for 4 months (25%).

Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca,Tinta Francisca

Delicate structure, silky texture, intense, fresh, transparent, good complexity and balance achieved by the combination of moderate acidity with fresh fruit and the concentration. Long and very accurately finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.

Food Pairing:
This wine pairs well with sushi, fish and salads. Also as an appetizer.
