Winemaking:
After the manual harvest at Quinta Vale do Sabor, the grapes are destemmed and pressed at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for around 10 days, at controlled temperatures between 22°C and 27°C. After alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation takes place, followed by aging of the wine in stainless steel vats with weekly bâtonnage for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Pale pink colour. Delicate aroma, with wild red fruits and floral notes. Balanced and refreshing flavour, complementing the aromas with a slight minerality and acidity that gives a long, persistent and harmonious finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 7°C and 10°C. Store horizontally, in a dry place away from light. Consume within 1 to 5 years after bottling.
Food Pairing:
It pairs perfectly with dishes that highlight its freshness and elegance. Light salads, fresh seafood, sushi, ceviche, grilled fish and white meats, as well as traditional Portuguese dishes such as fish stew or seafood rice.
